Partner Advantage Scheme (PAS) is a TD initiative aimed at rewarding loyalty from partners.
It seeks to address irregular and arbitrary reward system which was in place
in the past.
The PAS partners are grouped into the three categories - Platinum, Royal and
Value.
Partners are given realistic targets based on their performance history and
also their perceived abilities.
This objective reward system is set from inception and communicated to
partners with their set targets.
Partners qualify for remuneration by hitting a minimum of 100% of the set
target. Remuneration is paid back end and by the second week of the new
quarter.
The PAS partners also have some advantages over the normal partners. These
include expedited purchase flow, product reservation, unparalled support at
bids, flexible payment options and several more.
They are considered an extension of TD.
