Professor Anya O. Anya (Chairman)
A Scientist and
Professor of Zoology of international repute, he has
held several important positions including President
of the Nigerian Academy of Sciences, CEO of the
Nigerian Economic Summit Group and Chairman of
the Governing Board of the Nigerian National Merit
Award. Professor Anya is also a corporate guru and
sits on the Board of several other successful
companies as Chairman or Director.

Mrs Chioma C. Ekeh (MD/CEO).
Mrs. Chioma C. Ekeh (Managing Director). She holds a Bachelors
degree in Economics and Mathematics and an MBA from Herriot-Watt University,
Edinburgh. A Fellow of the Institute of Certified Chartered Accountants,
England, she has had several years experience as Financial Adviser, Senior
Accountant and later Principal Auditor in the United Kingdom. Mrs. Ekeh has
attended several high profile international courses including courses at the
prestigious Harvard University Boston USA.

Mrs Shade Oyebode (Executive Director)
A
qualified Accountant, she holds an MBA degree and
has had several years experience as Auditor at Task
Systems Limited before joining Technology
Distributions Limited at inception as an Accountant
and rose steadily to her current position.

Engr Olufemi Dosumu (Director)
A qualified
Engineer with varied experience in the oil industry, he
is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and
has attended several training programmes in the UK,
Holland, Belgium and the US. He is currently
Chairman of Floreben Nigeria Limited, Meritan Oil &
Chemical Limited and Pumpco Limited. He is also a
Director in several other companies.

Mr. Pierre De Lanversin (Director)
A professional Engineer of
international repute, he was formerly Managing
Director/CEO of Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited and
currently serves as Chairman of Alhena Ventures,
France.

Mrs. Agatha Ukoha (Director)
Mrs. Agatha Ukoha is an educationist who followed her strong intuitive powers to invest in the retail trade of the ICT sector in the very early days of the computer in Nigeria. She is a key player in the Ikeja, Lagos, Information and Communications Technology market known nationally as the meeting point between the channel and grey markets in Nigeria. She is credited with the ingenuity that has produced some of the most effective retail shop displays for ICT products.
Mrs. Ukoha is the Managing Director of Arewa Systems Limited, a reseller to Toshiba, Acer, Zinox, APC Schneider, Cisco, Microsoft and a HP reseller in the Gold Partner category.

Echika Ezuka (Director)
A veteran broadcaster and prolific
columnist, holds a Bachelor of Ar ts Degree in English
from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His career is a
rare mix that has seen him work meritoriously from all
the sides of marketing communications Media,
Agency, and Advertiser, in the public and private
sectors.
He started his career as a Producer with Radio Nigeria, Ikoyi
Lagos from 1981-1990 before joining Promoserve
Advertising Limited as a Senior Client Services Manager.
Mr. Ezuka was a founding columnist to the Guardian's 'Lagos
Life' with the social satire It's a Gooaal (1986-90). He wrote
the 'Airwatch', a weekly review of the broadcast industry for
the Champion newspapers from 1996 2002. He was
National Publicity Secretary for the Radio Television and
Theater Workers Union of Nigeria, RATTAWUN from 1983-
1988. He joined the pioneering team that launched Zinox
Computers, Nigeria's First Internationally Certified Branded
Computers in 2001 as Corporate Affairs Manager. Currently,
Mr. Ezuka works as the Corporate Communications Adviser
to the Zinox Group and Managing Director of Biconfluence
Limited.
Echika Ezuka is a devout catholic and a deep family man.

Chioma Chimere (ED - Marketing)
A graduate of English Language and
Literature from the Abia State University Uturu, Okigwe. She
commenced her career as a Broadcaster with the Imo
Broadcasting Corporation, Owerri, and later joined DBN
Television as a Presenter.
Mrs. Chimere began her IT career with Task Systems limited
as a Marketing Executive. She established the Dealer
accounts department and ran it solely from inception until its
growth necessitated the employment of other staff and
blossomed into Technology Distributions Limited, which she
moved to as one of the pioneer staff in the year 2000. As
Executive Director, Marketing, Chioma Chimere oversees
the implementation of the company's marketing plan
towards the realization of the share-holders objectives.
Mrs. Chioma Chimere is an ordained Minister of the
Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG.

Chris Eze Ozims, (Mr.) (Group Company Secretary/Legal Adviser)
Chris Eze Ozims obtained his first degree, B.A. Honours, from the University of Calabar, Nigeria (1985), and thereafter proceeded to the University of Benin, Nigeria, for a law degree, LL.B (1991). His was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 after excelling at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos with First Class Honours. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Mr. Ozims' professional work experience includes employments at Bentley Edu & Co. (Associate Counsel), George Ikoli & Okagbue (Head of Chambers, and later a Partner). From 2003, he served as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Assurance Bank Nigeria Plc, resigning in May 2006, to join the team of Technology Distributions Limited as the Group Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. He has attended several professional courses and brings his wealth of experience to bear on the Board of this company. Mr. Chris Eze Ozims is married with children.
